For agencies scaling to 10 or more active clients, volume discounts apply. This page documents those tiers publicly so every agency partner gets the same terms by the same rules. No special deals, no negotiated floors, no whisper-pricing for select partners.
Wholesale rate per active client per month. Agency keeps the difference between wholesale and the retail price the agency sets (default retail is $2,000 Signal, $4,500 Amplify).

The Audit tier is $500 reseller-introduced (vs $750 direct), one-time. $300 to agency / $200 to NeverRanked across all client-count bands. The audit credits in full toward the client's first month if they continue on a monthly tier within 30 days.
Pricing current as of May 2026. Reviewed quarterly. Existing agency partners and their active clients are grandfathered at the rates in effect when they signed, for as long as the subscription remains active and uninterrupted.
Tier is determined by the active-client count at the start of each calendar month. If an agency starts the month at 9 active Signal clients and adds a 10th mid-month, the lower 10-24 rate applies starting the following month, not immediately.
This avoids the gaming pattern where an agency could front-load onboardings to hit a tier for one month and drop back. It also gives both sides predictable monthly billing.
Clients are counted as active when they have a paid Signal or Amplify subscription billed inside the current month. Paused, cancelled, or refunded subscriptions do not count.
5 active Signal clients. Agency in tier 1. Agency pays $800/mo per client to NR, charges $2,000/mo per client at retail, keeps $1,200/mo per client. Monthly recurring margin: $6,000.
15 active Signal clients. Agency in tier 2. Agency pays $700/mo per client to NR, keeps $1,300/mo per client at default retail. Monthly recurring margin: $19,500. The transition from tier 1 saves $100/mo per client and applies to all 15 clients, not just the 6 above the threshold.
30 active Signal clients. Agency in tier 3. Agency pays $600/mo per client, keeps $1,400/mo per client at default retail. Monthly recurring margin: $42,000.
These numbers assume the default $2,000/mo retail. Agencies can set their own retail price (typically $1,800 to $2,500) based on the client and the agency's positioning. Margin scales accordingly.
The first Hawaii agency to sign three or more active Signal clients in a given vertical holds a 24-month lockout for that vertical, renewable. This prevents two Hawaii agencies from running competing client engagements on the same NR technical stack inside the same small market.
Verticals currently open in Hawaii: community banking, boutique hotels and hospitality, law firms and professional services, wealth advisors and financial services, real estate and development, healthcare (when the compliance template ships).
Outside Hawaii, the vertical lockout is not currently offered. Agencies in mainland markets operate without exclusivity terms.
Not a contract. Not a discount available to direct customers (only agency partners with verifiable client counts qualify). Not a promise that any specific client will reach Signal-tier engagement (clients may stay on Pulse or churn).
