NeverRanked launched as a new domain in March 2026. No existing content. No backlinks. No entity history. No schema. Just a blank registrar record and the same AEO playbook we run for paying clients.

The challenge was simple and public: build an AEO-optimized site from scratch using the exact methodology we sell. Every recommendation we make to clients, we would execute on ourselves first. If the playbook works, the proof would be the site itself.
