• Domain URLs -- submitted through our AEO check tool for scanning
• Anonymized IP hashes -- we hash IP addresses so they cannot be reversed to identify you
• Usage analytics -- page views and scan events used to understand how the service is used
• Cookies -- from Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag for advertising purposes (see Section 07)

• To provide AEO scoring services and deliver scan results
• To send email reports and nurture emails related to your account or scan activity
• To improve the service based on aggregated usage patterns
• To run retargeting campaigns via Meta and LinkedIn ad platforms

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

• Resend -- transactional and marketing email delivery
• Stripe -- payment processing for audits and subscriptions
• Cloudflare -- hosting, CDN, and security
• Meta -- advertising pixel for retargeting on Facebook and Instagram
• LinkedIn -- advertising pixel for retargeting on LinkedIn

We do not sell your data to third parties. These services receive only the data necessary to perform their function.

• Scan events -- retained for 90 days, then deleted
• Lead data (email, domain) -- retained for 365 days from last activity
• Account data (paying customers) -- retained as long as your account is active, plus 30 days after cancellation

You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

We use three categories of cookies:

• Essential cookies -- required for authentication and basic site functionality. These cannot be declined.
