Never Ranked provides AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) auditing, scoring, and monitoring services for businesses. Our tools analyze how your website appears in AI-powered search engines and provide recommendations to improve visibility.

Free tier

• AEO check tool scans
• Weekly score tracking
• Dashboard access

Paid tiers

• The Audit -- $500, one-time. Six deliverables with a 90-day roadmap, delivered within 48 hours.
• Signal -- $2,000/month. Ongoing monitoring, monthly reports, and implementation guidance.
• Amplify -- $4,500/month. Full-service AEO execution including content, schema, and entity strategy.

All payments are processed through Stripe. By purchasing a service, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

• Audits are non-refundable. Deliverables are provided within 48 hours of purchase, and the work product is yours to keep regardless of whether you continue working with us.
• Monthly plans (Signal and Amplify) can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days in a billing cycle.

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools or scripts to scrape the AEO check tool
• Abuse rate limits or attempt to overload our systems
• Misrepresent your identity or the ownership of domains you submit for scanning
• Use the service to harm, disrupt, or interfere with other users

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms.

AEO scores provided by Never Ranked are estimates based on our analysis methodology. They are not guarantees of placement, ranking, or citation in any AI search engine, including ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, or Google AI Overviews.

Actual results depend on your implementation, market conditions, competitor activity, and the evolving behavior of AI search systems. We provide recommendations and execution. We do not guarantee outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Never Ranked and its operator Lance Roylo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Never Ranked in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [________], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
