What it costs to know where you stand.

Priced per category, because a category is what an AI answer engine actually ranks. Start with the free check. Move up only when the decision in front of you needs the evidence.

What AI tools can read from your own site.

  • Readiness score out of 100
  • Which structured-data signals are missing
  • What to fix first, in order
  • Emailed report you can forward

This reads your site. It does not tell you what AI says about your category. That is what the paid tiers measure.

Audit

$750 /mo

Per category, after a $950 baseline month.

For teams who have to prove it to someone else.

  • Everything in Monitor
  • Locked competitor set, fixed before the first run
  • Thresholds pre-registered, so the bar cannot move later
  • Three full measurement passes a month
  • Written readout with the reasoning shown
  • Prioritized off-site punch list
  • Factual errors corrected within 10 business days

The baseline month is what makes every later number comparable. It is waived on a defined-term commitment.

Scope an Audit

A short call to fix the query set and the competitor list.

Why the price is per category

An AI answer engine does not rank a company. It answers a question. "Best boutique hotel in Waikiki" and "where to stay near the convention center" are different questions with different winners, and a business can be named in one and absent from the other.

A category is the set of questions a real buyer would ask to end up choosing someone like you. We fix that set at the start, then measure the same questions every run, so a change in the results is a change in the world rather than a change in what we asked. An agency running four client categories pays for four. See the reseller math.

The questions people actually ask

Can I cancel?

Monitor is month to month. Cancel whenever you like and it stops at the end of the period you have paid for. There is no notice period and no exit fee. The Audit baseline month is the one exception, because it is the run that everything afterward is compared against. Full terms are on the terms page.

Why binary instead of a percentage?

Because a percentage from a small sample looks precise and is not. Monitor runs enough to tell you reliably whether you were named, and reporting that as "cited in 62% of queries" would dress up a thin sample as a measurement.

Audit runs three full passes a month, which is what it takes to say something quantitative and defend it. That difference is the honest reason the two tiers are priced apart.

Do you touch my website?

No, and this is not a limitation we are apologizing for. We measure and we hand you the list. Your team or your agency executes it. A vendor who does the work and then grades the work is not a measurement.

What does the 90-day credit mean?

If you start on Monitor and move up to Audit within 90 days, everything you paid on Monitor comes off the $950 baseline. Starting small costs you nothing if you later decide you need the full instrument.

Will you promise my citations go up?

No. We measure what the engines cite. We do not claim that any particular change causes an engine to cite you, because we have not proven that and neither has anyone else selling it. What you get is an accurate picture and a prioritized list, on a schedule.

Who is behind it?

You work with the principal. There is no account team between you and the person running the measurement. The full methodology is published, including the engines, the query-set discipline, and how sources get classified.

What is one new customer worth to you?

NeverRanked is $199 a month per category to monitor, or $750 a month after a one-time $950 baseline to audit. A handful of new customers a year covers the whole cost. Every new customer beyond that covers the cost several times over. Pick your category.

Your average customer is worth $

One new case is worth, on average

$15,000

It takes 2 new cases to cover a full year of NeverRanked. Every case after that is found money you would not have had.

One customer is worth $15,000
A year of NeverRanked $9,950

Based on avg settlement of $40,000 to $55,000 with a 33% contingency fee.

We measure and diagnose. We do not promise customers, and AEO is an early space with no guaranteed result. This shows what one customer is worth to you, not a return we are promising. Being named by AI for the questions buyers ask is how you get found in the first place.

One reason to trust the numbers

We retracted our own headline result rather than let a weak claim stand. The first figures this company published were real measurements taken without a control, which meant they could not support the conclusion we drew from them. Nobody made us withdraw them.

An instrument is only worth what it refuses to say. Read the retraction.
